The ones who have such attitude towards ISIS, it is not obligatory for them to endure the hardship of fasting because in this case, they only suffer from thirst and hunger, their fast is void and it is worth nothing.

According to the fifth fatwa, the fast of those who are not affiliated to ISIS is void. Hence, the ones who fast while they are not of the members of ISIS are hypocrite, and they can be punished according to Islamic law.
