Islamic Development Bank Scholarship is a Fully Funded Scholarship. International students who want to pursue Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree, PhD Degree, Post Doctoral Research Program as well as Vocational Training degree are encouraged to apply.

Islamic Development Bank Scholarship 2023| Funding:
- The Islamic Development Bank Scholarship 2023 is Fully Funded Scholarships for International Students. It will cover all the expenses for Undergraduate, Master, PhD, Post Doctoral each and everything.
- Monthly Stipend Commensurate with the Cost of Living of the Country of Study.
- Tuition Fees, if any, subject to IsDB’s Approval.
- Cost of Medical Treatment at University/Government Hospital.
- Economy Class Return Air Tickets (once at the time of joining and on completion of study) and installation and equipment allowance for the students selected to study abroad at partnered universities/countries.

Requirments
Islamic Development Bank Scholarship 2023| Eligibility Criteria:
- All the international students from Islamic Bank Development member countries can apply for this scholarship.
- All the Muslim Communities from non-member countries are also eligible to apply.
- A bachelor’s of 12 years of education with a great academic score is required.
- For the Master’s degree program, the applicant should be a graduate with good grades in Bachelor’s studies.
- For a Ph.D. degree, the applicant should have done Masters in the selected field.
- A Post-Doc degree applicant should have at least two years of experience in the selected field.
- An applicant should be physically, mentally, and medically fit to be completely eligible for Islamic Development Bank Scholarship opportunities.
- Applicant should not have any other scholarship at the time of Application.
- Must provide evidence of language proficiency in university medium of instruction as relevant.
- The language proficiency must be supported by a document or certificate, e.g., for English, by a recognized language certificate such as TOEFL, IELTS or passed required level test conducted such as by British Council or equivalent system in French or other languages).

How To Apply:
The complete application process for ISDB Scholarship 2023 (Islamic Development Bank Scholarships) is online. The review and selection process are undertaken by two Independent International Selection Committees, composed of academicians and chaired by the Senior Advisor to the IsDB President for Science, Technology and Innovation. These Committees assess the applicants’ qualifications and eligibility requirements and ascertains the scientific and development relevance of their proposed fields of study / research proposal, leading to the final selection of candidates.
Selection Procedures for the Islamic Development Bank Scholarship:
The selection process is conducted by two independent international selection committees, composed of academics and chaired by the Senior Advisor to the President of the Islamic Development Bank for Science, Technology and Innovation.
These committees evaluate applicants’ qualifications, eligibility requirements, and verify the scientific and development relevance of both the field of study and the research proposal. These two committees submit their recommendations for qualified candidates to the bank’s management for approval, and the decision is final.
Note: Obtaining admission or being registered at a university does not mean automatic selection and is not a requirement to apply. The final decision on the place of study is taken by the two selection committees for scholarship programs at the Islamic Development Bank.
Place of study:
Due to the program policy, students are responsible for obtaining admission from the university. Selected students must obtain admission from one of the top 10 public universities in their country
For some students who have not been able to obtain admission in their country, due to any unavoidable situation, the Islamic Development Bank may seek admission in universities of the member countries that have an agreement with the Bank.
The final decision to accept any student under these agreements is subject to the approval of the respective universities in these countries.
