Second Conference on the Glorious Qur’an and Art will be held on March 2019, in Qom, Iran.

The Themes of the conference are as follow:

  1. Art and Beauty in the Qur’an and Hadith

      1-1. Conceptual analysis of the terminology of beauty (Jamal, Husn, Zinat, …) in the Qur’an

      1-2. Components of beauty according to the description of the paradise in the Qur’an

       1-3. Beauty of nature and the world of creation in the view of the Qur’an

      1-4. Beauty in the commentaries of the Qur’an (with focus on traditional commentaries)

      1-5. Arts (poetry, storytelling, visual arts, architecture, etc.) in the Qur’an
