International webinar on “Islamic mysticism and Theory of being-centered Leadership” will be held on Monday, 8th May 2023, 10:30 am, EST time, 4:30 pm CET time.

 

After introducing Theory of being centered leadership (TBCL) and Islamic mysticism (Sufism), following questions will be addressed during the webinars: 

1- How contemplative practices can impact spiritual growth / Human consciousness?

2- How spiritual direction can impact spiritual growth / Human consciousness?

3- How spiritual crises (Dark nights of the soul) can impact spiritual growth / Human consciousness?

4- Is there any other practices or processes (we can add to 3 above ones) that can impact spiritual growth?

5- what is the difference between each stages in spiritual journey?

6- How organizations can put TBCL into practice?

At the end of the session, we will have some discussions and Q&A.
