Iranian Scholars and Teachers Condemns Martyrdom of Saudi Child

Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpaygani, Ayatollah Muhammad Alvi Gorgani and Seminary Teachers of Qom has issued messages condemning the brutal murdering of a six-year-old boy in the holy city of Medina by Wahhabis.

Ayatollah Lotfollah Safi Golpaygani, an Iranian grand marja’ al-Taqlid, condemned the grisly killing of a six-year-old boy in the holy city of Medina, calling for an immediate response from international bodies.

In a Sunday statement issued by the office of the major Shia Marja, deepest regrets have been expressed over the barbaric incident, adding that this horrific crime carried out by a person who has had ‘anti-Islamic and anti-human’ thoughts proves the malignity of those who unfortunately have long been inviting people to ‘darkness’ in Mecca and Medina.

He also denounced the silence of international organizations and the rulers of Muslim countries, particularly those of Saudi Arabia, towards the cruel crime.

A six- or seven-year-old Saudi boy, while on a pilgrimage to the holy city of Medina with his Shia mother, was barbarously killed for unknown reasons. According to what has recently surfaced on social media, the young boy, named Zakariya Bader al-Jabir, was savagely murdered by a taxi driver in front of his mother late last month. Shia Rights Watch (SRW) said the boy was murdered after he was confirmed to be Shia.

 

Senior Iranian jurisprudent has issued a message extending his condolences over the beheading of Saudi Shia child calling that a manifestation of the barbaric and irrational approach followed by Wahhabis.

Ayatollah Mohammad Alavi Gorgani, top Shia jurisprudent expressed regret over the merciless beheading of a 6-year-old Shia pilgrim in Medina denouncing that as manifestation of brutal and irrational approach followed by the Wahhabis.

The cleric referred to historical instances of Shiaphobia dating back to the early years of Islam when a woman at the time of Imam Sadeq (AS), sixth Shia Imam, was savagely beaten by Abbasid security forces over expressing the sufferings of Hazrat Zahra (AS), daughter of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

He expressed regret over the brutal beheading of 6-year-old pilgrim, Zakariya Bader al-Jabir, riding a taxi with her mother as the latter’s salutation for the household of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) irked the driver to break the window of his car and slit the baby boy’s throat in front of her mother.

Ayatollah Alavi Gorgani reiterated,” To behead a little boy is proof for violence and irrationality of the Wahhabis who have no mercy even for a defenseless child.”

This is while different Muslim groups and luminaries have issued separate messages rebuking the barbaric move.

And Also Seminary Teachers of Qom has issued a message condemning the brutal murdering of a six-year-old boy in the holy city of Medina by Wahhabis.

Seminary Teachers of Qom, which is comprised of the leading Muslim clerics of the holy Iranian city of Qom, has condemned the brutal killing of the six-year-old Zakariya Bader al-Jabir, who was brutally killed by barbaric Wahhabis while on a pilgrimage to the holy city of Medina with his Shia mother. According to Shia Rights Watch (SRW), the boy was murdered after he was confirmed to be a Shia.

In the message, Seminary Teachers of Qom offer condolences on the death of the Saudi child and condemn the reactionary Wahhabism and the crimes of the Saudi cruel rulers.

They also call for retaliatory punishment for the murderous perpetrators.
