Ijtihad Network Being Wise and Faithful Muslim in the Contemporary World
Some Shia Muslim scholars who live in United Kingdom issue a joint statement regarding the movie “lady of Heaven” which is about the life of Hazrat Zahra (sa).

Dear Believers,
Salaamun Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
The Holy prophet Mohammed PBUH said: Fatima (SA) is the leader of all women of the universe.

Her Eminence Sayyida Fatima al-Zahra (sa) is the daughter of our beloved Prophet Mohammed. She is a dearly loved personality for all Muslims. She is the most esteemed and a truly ideal Muslim lady, who is a role model for all Muslims, men and women.
In spite of her short life, she had a profound impact on all people around her and left behind a magnificent legacy.
She is an icon of faith, patience, chastity and sincerity. Her life is a testament full of support for the Seal of the Messengers, Prophet Muhammad (saw) and the Commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali Ibn Abi Talib (as). Lady Fatima (as) nurtured and raised the best children and set the perfect example for all to follow.
In recent weeks, it has come to our attention that some people are making a film about her life.
Although we are unaware of the contents in detail, we wish to inform all our community members that any attempt which causes friction and disunity amongst Muslims is against the teachings of Ahlubayt and not in line with the Fatwas of our honourable Ulama and Religious Authorities (Maraji’).
We therefore wish to inform all Muslims that any scenes depicting revered figures of other Muslim schools of thought which may cause sectarian tensions most definitely does not represent the true Shia Islam and its followers.
We pray for the safety of all believers across the globe.
