‘Hajj Assistant’ App Launch according to Ayatollah Sistani’s Views

The Media Department at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine has launched a mobile application to help the pilgrims of the House of Allah to perform the rituals of Hajj.

Head of the Department Jamal al-Din al-Shahristani said, “The ‘Hajj Assistant’ app is all-in-one package for pilgrims to help them in their pilgrimage as it includes answers to religious FAQ, supplications, lectures on Hajj and a tourist guide.”

He added that the application works in both Arabic and English and without the need for an internet connection.

Al-Shahristani clarified that the interpretation of the duties was derived from the official site of the Supreme Religious Authority His Eminence Sayed Ali al-Husseini al-Sistani.

The application is supported by Android and iOS mobile operating systems.
