Imam Khomeini Recommended Ayatollah Mutahhari of Speaking Softly to Youth

Imam Khomeini had sent the message to Ayatollah Morteza Mutahhari from the holy city of Najaf in 1969, nearly ten years earlier than the victory of the Islamic revolution, in which he stated that the religious and spiritual teachings should be conveyed to the young people by using soft language and kind expressions

Imam Khomeini, the great leader of contemporary world in a historic letter to Ayatollah Morteza Mutahhari also stressed that the youth stand in dire need of understanding the genuine teaching of Islam.

Imam Khomeini emphasized that the religious and spiritual teachings should be conveyed to the young people by using soft language and kind expressions, and preachers should give them glad tidings of divine mercy.

This advice and preaching method is considered as a solution to the ongoing spirituality crisis plunging the various parts of the modern world.

Imam and his determined followers emerged as triumphant despite a staunch opposition by several powers. The great leader astonished the eastern powers and urged the whole world to ponder about his message.

The great Imam Khomeini established an Islamic-democratic system which heavily relied on masses’ backing and support. Imam soon became focal point for attention of the Muslim world and the oppressed nations.
