Call for Papers: Muslim Efforts on the Qur’ān in the Fırst Three Centuries of Islām

The fourth international Quran symposium -Muslim Efforts on the Qur’ān in the Fırst Three Centuries of Islām- will be held in Ankara, Turkey on October 19-21, 2018.

Research Institute for Philosophical Foundation of Disciplines have successfully organised the First, the Second and the Third International Symposium on Rethinking the Qur’ān.

The Fourth International Conference, which will be held in Ankara on October 19-21, 2018, invited proposal.

The main theme of the Symposium is to shed light Muslim efforts on the Qur’ān within the first three centuries of Islām either as a manuscript or as a printed book.

This meeting aims to illuminate the works of Muslim scholars of Makkah, Madīnah, Kufah, Basrah and other cities with their originality and contributions to the intellectual formative period. Further methods of scholars and techniques of exegesis are significant.
