Ayatollah Sistani Condemns Terrorist Attack in Pakistan

After the terrorist attack in the city of Parachinar, Pakistan, which killed innocent passengers, the office of the Grand Ayatollah Sistani issued a statement in which the Pakistani government demanded that the Pakistani government take appropriate measures in this regard.

An independent solution should be taken to protect the innocent people from the cruelty of terrorists, and at the same time, necessary measures should be taken so that the innocent people are protected from these barbaric attacks.

Faithful brothers and Sisters of Parachinar!

May you be blessed with good health and God’s mercy and blessings.

Once again, terrorists have committed a terrible crime and attacked armed passengers going from Parachinar to Peshawar, killing and injuring a large number of innocent believers.

At this time, we express our condolences, regrets and sympathy to the bereaved families and pray for patience and speedy recovery for the wounded and martyrs of this bitter incident.

Najaf Ashraf Islamic Seminary, the supreme religious authority of Shia Muslims, condemns the heinous crime targeting the unity of Muslims and demands the honorable government of Pakistan to protect the common people from the cruelty and barbarism of terrorist groups. To take concrete protective measures. And on your part, do everything possible so that innocent believers are not targeted by extremists and terrorists.
